
Light and fluffy gluten free pancakes are soft and delicious. These pancakes will kickstart your day on a healthy note. I am sure this would be your go to breakfast recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 medium ripe banana
- ¾ cup oats
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp tapioca starch or cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¾ cup almond or soya milk


Procedure:
- Add everything in a blender for one minute and add maple syrup or honey for additional sweetness.
- On a greased skillet pour a spoonful, cook for 2-3 mins, cover the pan, flip and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve with Nutella or Maple Syrup.
Notes:
You can also add chocolate chips, nuts of your choice in the batter.
