Gluten Free Oats Banana Pancakes

Light and fluffy gluten free pancakes are soft and delicious. These pancakes will kickstart your day on a healthy note. I am sure this would be your go to breakfast recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • ¾ cup oats
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds 
  • 1 tbsp tapioca starch or cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon juice 
  • ¾ cup almond or soya milk

Procedure:

  1. Add everything in a blender for one minute and add maple syrup or honey for additional sweetness.
  2. On a greased skillet pour a spoonful, cook for 2-3 mins, cover the pan, flip and cook for 2 minutes.

Serve with Nutella or Maple Syrup.

Notes:

You can also add chocolate chips, nuts of your choice in the batter.
