Banana Chips

Banana chips are very simple and easy to make. Rich in vitamins and fibre,this is a healthy snack.

Ingredients:

  • 2 raw bananas 
  • Oil for frying 
  • Salt, pepper, red chilli powder

Procedure:

  1. Peel the Bananas, slice them thin and soak them in cold water for about thirty minutes.
  2. Pat dry the banana slices on a kitchen towel.
  3. Deep fry the slices in hot oil until golden and crisp.It takes no more than 5 minutes per batch. Remember to fry in small batches.
  4. Season with salt and pepper or red chili powder
