Banana chips are very simple and easy to make. Rich in vitamins and fibre,this is a healthy snack.
- 2 raw bananas
- Oil for frying
- Salt, pepper, red chilli powder
- Peel the Bananas, slice them thin and soak them in cold water for about thirty minutes.
- Pat dry the banana slices on a kitchen towel.
- Deep fry the slices in hot oil until golden and crisp.It takes no more than 5 minutes per batch. Remember to fry in small batches.
- Season with salt and pepper or red chili powder
