Aren’t they gorgeous? No one can stop having them. These fancy potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender inside. Popularly the shape is given by holding the potato with a chopstick, but I made it easier by using pliers. So try this and please let me know.
15 baby potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp white pepper
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp cumin powder
- Salt as per taste
- Make slits on each potato by not fully cutting it into slices. Leave about a quarter of an inch between each slit.
- Marinate by mixing all marination ingredients and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25 – 30 mins at 200°C.
