Mini Hasselback Potatoes 

Aren’t they gorgeous? No one can stop having them. These fancy potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender inside. Popularly the shape is given by holding the potato with a chopstick, but I made it easier by using pliers. So try this and please let me know.


15 baby potatoes

For marination:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • ¼ tsp white pepper
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp cumin powder
  • Salt as per taste


  1. Make slits on each potato by not fully cutting it into slices. Leave about a quarter of an inch between each slit.
  2. Marinate by mixing all marination ingredients and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Bake for 25 – 30 mins at 200°C.
