Cauli Tacos

Full of flavors, crunchy, yummy Cauli Tacos are irresistible. 

Ingredients :

  • 1 medium cauliflower florets
  • Taco shells
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • oil for frying

Ingredients for Batter :

  • ¾ cup flour
  • ¼ cup cornflour
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Salt and pepper

Procedure :

  1. Cook the cauliflower florets in boiling water until just cooked. Drain.
  2. Prepare batter by mixing all the batter ingredients with water.
  3. Dip the florets in the batter and deep fry.
  4. Mash avocados, add salt, pepper and lemon juice. Keep aside.
  5. Assemble Tacos with avocado filling, the fried cauli and finally add your choice of pickled beetroot or onions. Garnish with shredded cabbage.
