Full of flavors, crunchy, yummy Cauli Tacos are irresistible.

Ingredients :
- 1 medium cauliflower florets
- Taco shells
- 1 avocado
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- oil for frying
Ingredients for Batter :
- ¾ cup flour
- ¼ cup cornflour
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Salt and pepper
Procedure :
- Cook the cauliflower florets in boiling water until just cooked. Drain.
- Prepare batter by mixing all the batter ingredients with water.
- Dip the florets in the batter and deep fry.
- Mash avocados, add salt, pepper and lemon juice. Keep aside.
- Assemble Tacos with avocado filling, the fried cauli and finally add your choice of pickled beetroot or onions. Garnish with shredded cabbage.
