Hara Bhara Kabab

  • ¾ cup chopped beans
  • 1 medium size capsicum chopped
  • ¾ cup peas
  • 1 bunch palak chopped
  • 2 green chilli chopped
  • 1 inch ginger grated
  • ½  cup coriander leaves
  • 3 big size potato boiled and mashed
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • ¼ cup semolina
  • Oil for frying

Directions :

  1. In a tbsp of oil saute chopped beans, capsicum and peas until moisture evaporates. Then put everything in the grinder jar.
  2. Now saute spinach leaves and add to the grinder jar. Also add ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves and make coarse paste.
  3. In a bowl take mashed potatoes, green coarse paste, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, ginger garlic paste, cornflour. Mix everything.
  4. Make a small shape, coat with semolina and deep fry.
