Ingredients:
- ¾ cup chopped beans
- 1 medium size capsicum chopped
- ¾ cup peas
- 1 bunch palak chopped
- 2 green chilli chopped
- 1 inch ginger grated
- ½ cup coriander leaves
- 3 big size potato boiled and mashed
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- ¼ cup semolina
- Oil for frying
Directions :
- In a tbsp of oil saute chopped beans, capsicum and peas until moisture evaporates. Then put everything in the grinder jar.
- Now saute spinach leaves and add to the grinder jar. Also add ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves and make coarse paste.
- In a bowl take mashed potatoes, green coarse paste, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, ginger garlic paste, cornflour. Mix everything.
- Make a small shape, coat with semolina and deep fry.
