Bharwa Bhindi

We can never get bored of Bharwa Bhindi. When I See some fresh tender Bhindi in the market, the first thing that comes to my mind is Bharwa Bhindi. With a simple and right amount of spices you can create a magical dish, which is full of flavours.


  • 500gms Bhindi / Okra
  • Oil for frying

Masala ingredients:

  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp Maggi masala magic
  • ¼ tsp Aamchur


  1. Wash and dry Bhindi completely. Cut the corners and Slit lengthwise.
  2. Prepare the masala by mixing everything.
  3. Fill the masala into the Bhindi and fry on a flat pan on medium flame.
  4. Turn the bhindis slowly once it is cooked.
  5. Serve with roti or rice.
