Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Yoghurt
- 1 ½ tsp salt
Tempering ingredients:
- 1 inch chopped ginger
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 4 green chilli slited
- A pinch of asafoetida
- ½ tsp turmeric
- Curry leaves
- 4 dry red chilli
- ½ cup chopped coriander
- ½ cup chopped onions
- 1 tbsp oil
Method:
- Beat the yoghurt and add salt then it is called majjiga.
- Heat all tempering ingredients and pour over majjiga.
