Cabbage Fry

Cabbage Fry is a delicious and healthy South Indian recipe that can be made with just a few simple ingredients. It pairs perfectly with sambar rice.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 4 green chillies
  • 1 tablespoon chana dal
  • ¼ kilogram of chopped cabbage
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ cup grated coconut

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, green chillies, curry leaves, and chana dal. Fry for a minute.
  2. Add chopped cabbage, salt, turmeric, and cover the pan until the cabbage is cooked.
  3. Once the cabbage is cooked, add grated coconut and mix well.
