Cabbage Fry is a delicious and healthy South Indian recipe that can be made with just a few simple ingredients. It pairs perfectly with sambar rice.

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 4 green chillies
- 1 tablespoon chana dal
- ¼ kilogram of chopped cabbage
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- ½ cup grated coconut
Procedure:
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, green chillies, curry leaves, and chana dal. Fry for a minute.
- Add chopped cabbage, salt, turmeric, and cover the pan until the cabbage is cooked.
- Once the cabbage is cooked, add grated coconut and mix well.
