Green Pasta

Green Pasta is definitely a delicious and nutritious dish that everyone can enjoy. With the goodness of spinach, bell pepper, and basil leaves, it’s a great way to add more greens to your diet. And the cashews in the sauce provide a creamy texture and healthy fats. So, go ahead and give it a try for a satisfying and flavourful meal.


  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 bunch spinach, chopped and boiled
  • ½ cup cashews, soaked
  • Handful of basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 1 tsp oregano


  1. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add three cloves of chopped garlic and one small chopped bell pepper. Sauté for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender and fragrant.
  2. Boil spaghetti and spinach separately.
  3. Grind spinach, sauteed garlic and bell pepper, soaked cashews, basil leaves, and nutritional yeast.Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Cook the green sauce with salt, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
  5. Mix in spaghetti, and then add oregano.
  6. Serve with pan-fried cherry tomatoes.
