You can make Rotzza with leftover rotis and give it a pizza twist. That’s how Rotzza is made. This gives a whole new perspective to leftover rotis and your family will love to have them.
- 2 leftover rotis
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp sliced olives
- Take two leftover Rotis, spread pizza sauce on both rotis.
- Add mozzarella cheese
- Add veggies of your choice (optional)
- Sprinkle chili flakes
- Place sliced olives
- Cover with other roti
- On medium heat in a flat pan place the prepared roti, let it get crispy on one side then flip it to the other side. Let it stay on the pan for about 5 to 7 minutes in total.
- Cut Rotzza into four pieces and serve.
