Ingredients :
- ½ cup rice
- ¼ cup moong daal
- 4 cardamom and 1 clove
- ¾ cup of Jaggery
- ½ cup ghee
- ½ cup(cashew & raisins)
Procedure :
- Dry roast rice and moong daal, then add 3 cups of water. Cook until mushy.
- Crush cardamom and clove, keep aside.
- Fry Cashew and raisins in ghee and keep aside.
- Melt Jaggery in half a cup of water.
- Add cooked rice,daal,crushed cardamom, and fried nuts. Mix everything.
- Best when it is hot.
