Everyday we fret on what to prepare for the meal. Some easy, healthy mix of veggies is what we need to make a complete meal.Spinach which I used in this recipe is from my garden,I cannot tell you how happy I feel from the produce of my garden.

Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes cubed
- 1 red capsicum chopped
- ¼ cup beans
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 bunches of spinach chopped
- 1 tsp of vegetable seasoning
- 3 tbsp oil
Directions:
- Heat oil in a pan, add cubed potatoes and cook till they are soft.
- Now add capsicum, beans, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder. Saute till they are almost cooked.
- Finally add chopped spinach and cook till water evaporates. In the end add vegetable seasoning and mix gently.
This is an easy and healthy dish that will fill you up and give you energy for the day ahead.
